Pelargonium Regal hybrids have bushy habit and can be perennials or small shrubs. They are grown for the clusters of large brightly coloured flowers during spring and summer.
The beautiful flowers vary in shape, some look rather like azalea with frilled petals whilst others are similar to pansies. Flower colours can of white, pink, purple, red, reddish black and orange, often the petals are a combination of more than one colour, these really are stunning flowers.
Maintenance: During the flowering season it is important to remove all the dead flowerheads to encourage new flowers to form. Pelargonium grow best when the soil is allowed to dry out between waterings. A regular dose of liquid fertiliser whilst soil is wet during spring and summer will also encourage more flower production.
